We live in Scott County and use this clinic because the staff here is the best. We have had a few after hour emergencies, and they are always happy to be of assistance. Dr. Felton and Dr. Brown are very good with our dogs. more

My wife and I would like to express our deepest gratitude to Dr. Klint Brown and his wonderful, caring veterinarians and staff. We have been delighted with Dr. Bonny Felton for several years and recently met Dr. Hilary Carlisle and believe we have yet another awesome veteranarian that can help us in our time of need. About two months ago a congenital heart problem showed its ugly symptoms in one of our four legged family members. We were immediately directed to the Indianapolis Veteranary Emergency Center for procedures that could not be done here in Seymour. Dr Tracy Gillespie and her staff was very professional, caring, and informative about our special ( FRANKIE DOODLEBUG ). They have kept in close contact with us and the Jackson County Animal Clinic to monitor and provide Frankie with the best health care possible. Once all the procedures were done in Indianapolis, Dr. Felton and Dr. Carlisle had a handle on exactly what to do. We are going through a medication learning curve that has created a few problems, but they have always been there for us at a phone calls notice. Again, we thank you from the bottom of our hearts and would recommend anyone that truly loves their pets to allow you folks to provide the necessary health care. Steve & Joann Lanam more

Just a blog to let you all know I have found a new Vet Clinic for my fur kids. I highly recommend it as it is a nicer clinic and way cheaper than the one I have been using. It is Jackson Co. Animal Clinic near Seymour. It is open daily Mon-Sat. from 8 AM to 10 PM. Yep, till 10 PM. Six days a week. They have emergency hours and I have saved a lot of money so far on vaccines alone. They are located on 31 just a tad north of the US 50/US 31 junction on the east side of Seymour. Takes me 25 minutes to get there. Love Dr. Felton. Both are women vets and the clinic is owned by Dr. Klint Brown.\r I know most of the people on here that read this are too far to go to a clinic in Seymour, but I just wanted to give you a heads up on another alternative. \r I got complete vaccines on my one dog with a heartworm blood test for $102. Heartworm test, 3 yr rabies, bordetella, and the DHLP shot. I was happy with that. \r Best of all are the dental prices. With no blood work and no extractions, I got a dental on my Geordi for $100. This is their every day price, not a temp price. Antibiotics are extra of course. \r I live in Columbus and NOBODY can beat those prices and the care was great. LOVE the attention we all got. The tech was great too by the way.\r Check them out! You will be glad you did! more
