After reading many of the stellar reviews on this garage door company, I gave them a call to fix my busted garage door. I have a single 16x7 overhead door where the cables had slipped and tension was lost on the spring. The door had come down at an angle, and it took me over an hour to get it seated to the ground. An attempt to reseat the cables failed. What was an intractable job for me, John from this repair company fixed in 20 minutes! After the work was finished, John thoroughly reviewed what he had done (and detailed on the invoice). He was honest in stating that over time what I experienced does happen, but with proper care for the door, cables and spring to help avoid the issue arising too soon. On top of the excellent work, this repair company guarantees it for one year, and charges a great rate. When it comes time to install an automatic opener, I know who I'll call. Ditto what everyone else has said. Fast, honest, fair, experts. That big ol' torsion spring snapped and made that incredibly loud and scary noise something akin to Iron Man gone mad in your garage. I freaked. Looked for a repair company in the internet. Called this garage door company (10+ positive reviews!) at 3:30pm. The guy came at 4:30pm and was done by 5:30pm. Amazing. BTW, those springs WILL break every 7-10 years or so no matter what you do. So keep this garage door company's number handy. more
