Not fancy but very caring 1/28/2010

I've taken my dog to the other local groomer and all three times, they cut her tail hair when I made a point of asking her not to. Jackie always remembers not to, is very sweet and knows her stuff. The place really needs a paint job and a new floor, but there's something homey about it. If you are a neat freak, go to PetSmart. I think that place feels like a hospital. A bit shady looking.... 4/17/2009

My boyfriend suggested I take my puppy here because he said that ""Janice knows dogs!"". He also warned me not to be alarmed when I first met her or went to the shop. She seemed a bit unfriendly and short with me when i took my puppy in and I was a little reluctant to leave him. When I came back to pick him up, he looked great! She also took about 1/2 hour to give me tips and pointers on how I could start training him. She gave me a magazine on upcoming pet events too. Although the place is shady and she can be a little scary, she is definitely in this business for the dogs and knows them very well. Pros: Janice knows dogs well! Cons: Shop very dirty and not well kept up! more

Jackie's clip joint 9/9/2008

Mom took her Old English sheep dog here, years ago. They cut the poor dogs tail, when mom picked her up she was still bleeding. I remember this place as dirty and very lived in. I can' believe the business is still open!!!!! Who would you contact to shut this place down?\r Cons: Worst place I have ever seen more

Warning! Don't Take Your Dogs Here!!! 9/20/2007

I am surprised that this business hasn't been shut down. I can't believe how stupid I was to leave my dogs in their care for grooming. They put them in filthy, rusty cages just stacked in the front of the store. The bathtub was dirty and hair was all over the place. The grooming was the worst I've ever had. One of my little guys developed a skin infection that took almost a year to clear up! My vet said he has had a couple of complaints. One more and he will call the Humane Society. Cons: Everything. more
