Jack Rabbit storage had, by far, one of the best rental rates anywhere on their larger units. The entire process was simple and the people working the counter gave us excellent customer service. You have one very happy customer!! more

I have always had great cutomer service with Jack Rabbit. The website is clear and accurate. The spaces are always clean and prices are very affordable. They have just added new moving trucks that you can use for free, now. Good deal. more

Been a customer for about a year and 1/2. Their customer service is better than I could ever expect. I own a retail business and would love to have my people learn from them the attitude to help and assist. They are very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. They are always ""just happy to help. I've ben inside self storage with jack rabbit storage for about a year now. The staff has always been extremely friendly, the rates are good and they have provided secure storage. I have also ordered many boxes and moving supplies from them as well and have never been disappointed. I've also rented or used the moving truck and was provided with a truck free of charge when I moved in. I would not hesitate to use them for my storage needs again. thanks. terry more

Need boxes? 1/19/2012

If you need boxes to ship, pack or just store something go to Jack Rabbit on Lynnhaven. The prices are the best in town. The people who work there are so very nice. more

Desperate 1/19/2012

I was told about Jack Rabbit by a friend, called them and the woman on the phone was very nice and helpful, she explained to me everything about using storage. After going in I decided to rent the storage and I am glad I did. The two managers were more than just helpful, I felt informed, treated fairly and most of all with respect. more

Their honesty about what it would cost me to move in that day, they covered everything. Moving in was easy. The managers explained everything, even to taking me to my unit to put my lock on after renting. Jack Rabbit is the place to go. more

Ask the right question 1/18/2012

I wnet to Public Storage to rent for the $1 special. After being told I would have to be a $22 administrative fee and an $8 insurance policy totaling $31 to move in I ran out the door and went to Jack Rabbit on Lynnhaven Parkway and rented the same size unit for only $26.50. Don't be fooled by Public's low rate. Make sure ask what's the total cost to move in today. Jack Rabbit is a lot cleaner and maintained better than Public Storage. I am so glad I walked out and decided to come here. more
