Called on a Sunday morning, and although it took several hours to get service, Roger was great, and the dispatcher called several times to inform us about the delay. No hidden charges (the price I saw on Google), and he left the area very clean. A good experience for what began as a difficult, drain-plugged day. I'll use this service again.
