This company has failed to show-up to 4 appointments they made with me, and failed to return 100% of the calls they said they would return. I recommend you use ANY other roofing company in Wichita Falls, STAY AWAY. You don't have to believe this review, take a look at Jabeau with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). Jabeau has an ""F"" rating. Only the worst companies have ""F"" ratings. They are not even BBB accredited. The previous owner of my house used them to install my roof. The only reason I am attempting to use this company now is to get an estimate for my roof that they may have improperly installed in the first place.? But, after 5 weeks of constant phone calls, and re-explaining my problem on every call, I am done trying to work with them. Learn from my experience and DO NOT USE this roofer, there are plenty of other roofers in Wichita Falls.
