My family and I stopped in one evening with out friends who live in Texas and remember JaFaFa's from 50 years ago. They wanted to try their secret JaFaFa sasuce again, and it did bring back memories......but I tried the corned beef rueben, it was excellent with fresh cut qurly-q fries. What a treat!! Wonderful Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad 7/27/2005

My collegues and I stopped for dinner one day - we were craving a Sahlen's HOt Dog with Sweet Potato Fries - BUT....I decided on the Chicken Caesar Salad.... was NOT disappointed. It was better than I have tried at gourmet restaurants. The price was also right, only $5.99 for fresh romaine and a huge portion of chicken. We'll be back........ GREAT FOOD 7/25/2005

My children and I stopped for lunch when we visited a cemetary one day, verys busy spot, ver clean, floors were glistening......the food was wonderful!. All food was made to order, the dogs weren't sitting on the grill like other places, my open chicken souvlaki was very fresh and huge! The JaFaFa Hot Dogs were the best in town! We had fresh cut qurly-q fries, done just right. The Sweet Potato Fries are to die for.....stopped again for a fish fry one Friday.....this is a secret....the fish fry is delightful, sort of Polish style with homemade salads, highly recommended! My father brought me here , I think it had to have been 30 years ago or more. My hand held in his, as I watched the mustard and onions and chili get piled high ,on a perfectly, charcoal grilled Hot Dog! My mouth still waters with the memory! Start your own memories! Great food at reasonable prices! 3/17/2005

My family and I had the opportunity to visit Ja Fa Fa Family Restaurant on St. Patrick's Day. BUSY place, that will tell you something. Good deal on fresh food. The day we were there they were serving Corned Beef & Cabbage lunch and dinners. Everything was served nice and hot and only $4.95 for dine-in or take-out! Lots of mustard brown sugar glazed corned beef, with cabbage, carrots and buttered, with baby red potatoes. THey also serve Corned bee or Turkey Ruebens. The best qurly-q fries 7/18/2004

This place serves the best fresh cut qurly-q fries! Also, tried the potato buttons (fresh cut) with cheese sauce. Everytime my cousins come from New York City, they have to go to visit this restaurant. They said in all the restaurants that serve JaFaFa kind of food in the city of New York, there's nothing there to compare to this epicurous delight....... Outstanding-Ja Fa Fa Hots 7/10/2004

The Sahlen's Hot Dogs are the best in Buffalo. You have to try them. When my family comes grom Denver, the first thing they want to do from the airport in Cheektowaga is go to this place. Excllent service, clean and friendly. The food is all cooked to order - but worth the wait of about 5 minutes. Popular spot for lunch and dinner. On a busy holiday weekend, we and our out-of-town family visited JaFaFa Hots Family Restaurant for dinner. We have to recommend the Texas Burger, it's mammoth. Lots of beef, double cheese fried onion rings to top it with barbecue sauce on a huge sesame seed fresh bun. You won't be disappointed. Also, the Open Chicken Souvlaki was one of the best in Buffalo. Soup - ditto, try the Jafafa Sauce - WOW, I could eat that as a bowl of soup. It's wonderful. Pros: Great prices, Fresh and tasty, Excellent Service more

Had the chance to visit on a busy lunch day last week. I can see why this spot is so popular, the staff if courteous and friendly and the food is exellent. They are known for their Sahlen's Hot Dogs and Sweet Potato Fries, Caeser Chick Salads, etc., but try the Texas Burger. One half pound of ground beef with double cheese, fried onion rings to top it with barbecue sauce topped on it all. Pros: Great Service, Fast, Spotless, Clean more

Are they going to franchise this place? The food is thest best fast food in Buffalo! When you come in to the Buffalo Airport, first thing people want to do is stop in for a JaFa Fa Hot! How about those sweet potato fries with honey and butter........guess they were voted best in Buffalo NEws ----the potato buttons with cheese sauce are to die for. For the Atkins lovers - we noticed Grilled Marinate Chicken, Open Chicken Souvlaki, Garden Salads, Turkey and Veggie Burgers.............FORGET TED""S - it's just the name.....you want a real charcoal grilled hotdog - not cooked by staff but by the owner - you know it's good then-------- Pros: Inexpensive, fast service,, friendly more
