I bought a used Toyota from a Mercedes Dealership. I should have known better, that my car was the "red headed stepchild" that no one cared about. I got an amazing deal, but found out later that they sold it to me needing about $1000 in repairs a mere month later. New struts, new shocks, new water pump and fan belt.
Supposedly it was looked at in their shop before I got it, but when it needed these repairs and I called them on it, I was told "sorry, you bought it as is...not our problem".
I didn't appreciate being led on, even if I was only buying a lowly Toyota.
