Air Conditioning Services 8/25/2016

The J & M air conditioning service representative Mr Richard F whom performed a diagnostic test on my home ac units is a true professional in all respects. He took the time and thoroughly checked my units and explained to me in all details of how they are suppose to perform. He is an outstanding gentleman and a asset in my opinion to your company. Great Company, Wonderful Employees 2/3/2016

J & M has been servicing our furnace and air conditioner for over 10 yrs and always with excellently. Today Richard performed the annual furnace maint. He explained everything he did or was doing. He found a leak that was allowing heat to escape. He sealed it with no extra cost. Richard is very professional but also personable I have and will cont to recommend this company to friends. Thank you Richard and J & M. PS their prices are very competitive. more

J & M Heating and Air 11/6/2015

Upon turning on my heater for the first time this season I found it didn't work. I called J & M because they have been in business in our valley for thirty years. Richard was the technician that they sent out for my appointment. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and thorough. Richard listened to what I told him about my experience with the heater then went to the unit to check it out. He explained to me how the components worked and what he had done . I had him replace the thermostat that was installed by the builder to a model that had a bigger screen and was lighted. We talked about the different types that he carried in his vehicle and settled on the new one. Richard did a couple of checks with the thermostat to make sure it worked for the heater and air conditioner before he removed his ladder and tool bag from my house. After Richard left except for the heater purring away and blowing warm air you would never have known that he was here. Not a speck of dust or insulation from the attic I will be scheduling a Tune up appointment with J & M for my air conditioner in the near future. Thank you Richard and J & M Heating and Air! more

Great job fixing AC 9/24/2015

Adrian of J&M Air Conditioner came to my on 09-22-15 as my AC went out on Saturday. He took the time to explain what was wrong and why it had stopped working. Explain what needed to be repaired and did not try to push any extra services. Did the repair quickly and gave me advise on things I could do to improve the function of the AC. I was very impressed with his knowledge. He was professional. If I need further AC work I will be calling J&M Air Condictioning again and would highly recommend them. more

RICHARD CAME OUT TO GIVE US AN ESTIMATE FOR OUR AIR CONDITIONING UNIT. HE WAS EXTREMELY POLITE AND COURTEOUS. HE WAS ALSO VERY KNOWLEDGABLE AND CONCERNED THAT WE GOT THE RIGHT PRODUCT FOR OUR PROBLEM. AFTER IDENTIFING THE PROBLEM HE WAS QUICK TO POINT OUT EXACTLY WHAT WE NEEDED TO GET THE PROBLEM FIXED.. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND RICHARD TO ANYONE WITH AIR CONDITIONING ISSUES more

FINALLY 7/22/2015

After two visits from other companies, I was referred to J & M. I was able to schedule a next day appointment and received a call from Jared letting me know when the tech would be arriving. My tech was Adrian. Personable, professional and capable. He diagnosed the problem and recommended the best way to fix it. I chose the two year warranty that included everything. No more worries about my a/c. And I could not be happier. Absolutely the best experience with a service provider ever! more

I called this company to see what was wrong with my air conditioning unit in the upper part of the house. the other guys gave me a much higher quote and did not even put my unit back together after they opened it up. I was very pleased with J&M's service, professional attitude and prices. when Adrian arrived I was in the middle of an water overflow emergency and my whole yard was flooding he was able to help me cut the water off and was very patient until I could get things under control. thank you so much Adrian... great company with awesome prices. more
