I helped my mom research flooring companies with the best deals, and JB Floors was in my top three. The reason I went with JB Floors is because the phone etiquette of the salesperson won me over. And my feeling was true. The whole flooring process was a breeze for my mother, and her new floors look amazing. Thank you! more
