The employees here were all such a huge help to us, seeing as we had so many projects going on at once! Helen especially made things much easier for us and we feel so lucky to have met her and have worked with her. We have made it a point to tell our friends involved with renovations to go to Helen, She is the essence of what customer service is all about!\r more

Clearly she knows what she is talking about and we very much appreciated her ""no pressure"" approach to selling. She listened to us, offered reasonable suggestions, and then took the time to show us many tile options that might meet our needs. Great service!\r more

JB Floors was able to meet our specifications for installing new flooring in our kitchen and family room. Two other companies specified installations which either would not work or was much more expensive. more
