As a first time consigner of anything, I didn't know what to expect. \r	
 After a brief phone call to a friendly J. Miller's phone representative to schedule an appointment, two  professional J. Miller'semployees arrived on time, as promised, to pick up a high-end sofa and area rug I no longer had a use for.  J Miller's charged a reasonable fee for pick-up.($30) The gentelmen were clean cut, pleasant, and knowledgeable.  They quoted me a fair estimate for the items and took them away.  Just about a week later, my check arrived in the mail.  (you split the selling price 50/50)\r	
It was all very painless, and I think I got the same amount (or nearly) as I would have if I had sold the items myself, except no posting of classifieds, no strangers calling and coming to my home to look at the items, no hassles at all.  J. Miller's is a class act, and I highly recommend this business.     \r
