Horrible!!! I went in on a Friday and test drove a car, decided to purchase it. I filled out the financing paperwork and told them I wanted to get it checked out by my mechanic as soon as I told them that, was told id have to come back Monday because they were closing early. Set an appointment for Monday morning to get the car checked out. Come Monday morning no one was there to let me take the car. Had to cancel the appointment and was told that Mile MIGHT be in around 1 but he'd call me. I had to work so wasn't able to go in that afternoon. Told them my situation, then I get a call telling me they sold the car. Asked why they did that and that I would've bought the car on Friday! They told me I quote "yeah after you took it to your mechanic, mechanic's tend to talk you out of deals." ONLY IF SOMETHINGS WRONG AND YOURE NOT BEING HONEST! I've never seen anything like this. Dishonest people whatever you do don't go there! more

I wanted to tell you about my recent experience at J & M Precision Automotive. I was having trouble with my Ford Explorer and someone driving with me thought it might be my transmission. I went the J & M Precision Automotive shopwhere I left my car there for the whole day. The manager, called me later that day to tell me they went through my whole transmission, test drove it two times, and could find nothing wrong with it. They then performed another test on my tires and told me that is where the problem was. Something in my transfer case was kicking on and off because of that tire problem. They could have told me anything and I would have believed them. It would have been easy for them to adjust my tires and told me that it was a transmission problem. But they chose to take the high road and do the right thing. When I do have a transmission problem, or anyone I know has one, Guess where I will go, J & M Precision Automotive. I thought you would like to know. more

I have been a loyal customer for 10 years I have never seeked out another auto body shop just because I believe that no one else can do as well as this one. Wonderful staff and reliable techs.
