I have taken both of my vehicles there on several occasions and each time i got nothing less than the best service. I have had everything done from oil changes to water pumps and would say that its definately worth your time and money to take your vehicle to j&h for the best service in town! more

I've have two in a half years of taking my vehicles to J & H Auto Repair. They even work on my RV. I am very satisfied with the work they do. I found them completely by luck. I found somebody that was honest and talks to me in my terms and doesn't throw big words at me and then charge me one hundred bucks for the chat! These guys are straightforward and professional. I highly recommend their services. more

I think John is a really good, solid and honest worker. Those are really good people over there and I can't say enough good things about them. They do the job right. more

Anytime we have a problem J&H Auto Repair is always more than willing to take a look, and if we have a need he is willing to work with us. His customer service is great. He is willing to help out the customer who is willing to help him out. We have been using J&H Auto Repair for almost 2 years, and John is incredible. The quality it great. I have dealt with more than a few repair shops and walked out feeling like I was "taken", but never with John. In addition to my business John has also earned the business of my kids, which is the highest recommendation a parent can give. more

J & H Auto Repair IS the BEST!!! 11/20/2010

My wife & I have been customers of J & H Auto Repair for as long as we've been together (my wife as been going to them even longer!). John, Helenka and the rest of the staff ALWAYS do outstanding work at the fairest price I've seen anywhere in Thurston County. Not only does the staff take care of the work you bring your car in for, but they also do a full inspection, let you know if there is an other work that needs done AND provide you with a free estimate of the work that needs done. THAT'S service! The staff is friendly and there is NEVER any B.S. like some other repair shops would pull. J & H Auto Repair has my family's business for life! more

We own a 2005 Hyundai Santa Fe and recently had j&h change the timing belt, three months had passed when we heard a grinding noise and took it to the dealer, they informed us that the timing belt was not installed correctly, the drive belts were loose, a bolt was missing from the alternator!!!, and something with the power steering was out of place and not bolted down. we took the results to dishonest John and requested the $599.99 back, he then proceeded to tell us we should have let him fix the problem and it was his right to do so, I told him that we were not comfortable considering the serious mistakes made in the first place!! he said I'll think about it. I kept my cool and left. It is my mission to spread the word about dishonest john and his SLOPPY mechanics. I would recommend taking your car to the dealer, they have more resources and factory trained technicians. more

Ive brought several cars into J&H mainly for performance exhaust work, but with the services I received and fair prices and quick work they did I would defiantly come back for other work and recommend them to friends or family. more
