We had a group family vacation, rented the North Gate condo, 1st floor. This is adjacent to the Ivanhoe \r

Motel. There was 10 in our group - 6 adults 4 kids (one of which a baby). We stayed for a week (Sun - Sat).\r

The condo was great! Very clean, and comfortable. Parking (for 2 vehicles) great, right in front o f the \r
\r
unit. 3 brs, 2 baths, nice kitchen, with dishes, utensils, pots and pans, full fridge, Elec range with \r
\r
oven, Microwave, coffee pot, blender and toaster. A/C worked perfectly. 2 TV's, one in the living room (with \r
\r
a cable box), 1 in one bedroom (no cable box, limited channels). No DVD player, we brough our own and it \r
\r
hooked easily to both TVs. Side private patio (with chairs) and entry sunroom - both made it easy to manage \r
\r
all the towels and beach accessories that we brought. The Wifi is free, but not very stable, easily down \r
\r
due to storms, most times too slow to use. If you have your own wifi, probably better if you absolutely need \r
\r
to be online.\r
\r
Access to the outside gas grills and pool - very convenient. The grills (2) were clean in great working \r
\r
order, easy to use. There were picnic tables and lounge chairs for families to enjoy picnicing outside \r
\r
(which we did one of the nites). We used the pool (open to 6pm, though some days it was open a little beyond \r
\r
that) 4 of the 7 days there, very clean. Lots of lounge chairs and space. \r
\r
The location was also great - about a 1/2 to 3/4 a block off the boardwalk/beach. Made the trek out easier, \r
\r
and the return at the end of a busy day nicer. \r
\r
The staff was great - very friendly, never intrusive and responsive to all requests. \r
\r
We have a wonderful time and would love to return next year.
