This is the second time I have had Island Carpet & Tile Care do my carpets. I am sure I won`t use any other company. My carpets are spotless. The staff is wonderful. The technician got a particular spot out on my steps where my dog likes to lay. Others have tried. Highly recommend this company. more

They called to schedule an appointment. They arrived on time and after they gave me a quote the scheduled an appointment at my convenience. Again they arrived on time and completed the job without any problems. The price I was quoted was the amount I paid after the job was done. I was extremely satisfied with everything that was performed. They stretched my carpets and cleaned two rooms at a very reasonable cost. more

He was prompt, did a complete estimate before doing the work, and did a good job. The repair was difficult and done well, though there were a couple of spots where the cut could have been straighter. All in all, I was pleased with the service and will likely use them again for cleaning. more
