I found this salon b/c my husband bought me a gift card for some spa treatments there. I received a wonderful massage, manicure, and pedicure. I couldn't complain about any of these. I also found a wonderful hairstylist there as well...Christina Jenkins. However, she has since left the salon and now works for IPCA photography in west Mobile. I have no complaints regarding the services I received or the price.
My only complaint is that the salon is owned by a Vietnamese family and then the cosmetologists "rent" out their chairs. Sometimes it can be confusing when you call to make an appointment b/c the front desk doesn't have each stylist's "book", so you may have to call back until you can speak with the actual stylist. Also, sometimes when you go in for your appointment just telling the receptionist that you're there isn't good enough...they often forget to relay the info to your stylist. I have often had to walk around the corner and let Christina know that I was there and ready. All in all the services have all been wonderful, but the organization of the salon could use a bit of help.
