My girlfriend and I have moved four times, each time we used a different mover because we were never happy with the movers. The last move was different though, this time we used Issac's. The crew of three worked incredibly fast and hard in one of the most hot and humid days of last summer. I don't think they were going to take a break until we offered them some bottled water and told them to take 5. They drank the water quickly and went right back to work and never took another break. I couldn't believe it, it was so hot and humid. Our furniture and personal items arrived at our destination in perfect shape. No scratches, dings or any breakage. They they did the pickup they did a great job packing up my items and loading them on the truck. I was moving from Boston to Atlanta. When they arrived in Atlanta after around a week, they hired some local guys (who were not movers, but more like day workers) to move my stuff. They proceeded to damage several items. I was happy that I bought extra insurance to cover the damage. After giving them detailed pictures of the damage they refused to pay for the damages caused. I ended up getting $625 (I had a $500 deductible) for well over $2500 of damage. I have to eat the rest of the costs, they they could care less. Not good customer service, or response time. I do not recommend them, I would have gone with Gentile Giant had I known about the business practices of Issacs. Our salesman was William Lefevre He came to our house and gave us an estimate of $5402. It was based on 6000 - 7000 lbs. The reality was 11,000 lbs and a cost almost double what we were quoted. ($8500) We were told by Issacs that we had a lot more stuff than they anticipated. I call it low balling. We were told that we would have 3 packers at our house. In fact we had only 2. Instead of taking 4-6 hours it took them almost 12 hours. We had a few surprises, one of which is we ran out of boxes we purchased on the Internet and had to buy some from Issacs. The guys packed a few boxes for us but William our salesman neglected to tell us that they charge $45 for packing even a small box."" look out for this little secret"". I used Isaacs for a move into Boston and it went great. They came to my house, loaded all my stuff on the truck, delicately id like to add, so nothing was broke. We got into the city and they had my stuff unloaded and into my apartment in no time. I didnt have to spend a fortune for such great service which is always nice. I'd recommend them to anyone that needs to move in the area. more

I was sooo pleased with thier sevices.... what can i say they were ontime (something that is difficult to find), their initial quote was accurate, they were courteous and so pleasant to work with. I?ve had my share of experiences with moving companies and I think its fair to say that moving is STRESSFUL? but with Isaac?s Relocation my worries went out the window!
