Sent my son into the Arllington store to buy a suit...not experienced at this. I told him that the staff had to be experienced and would help him choose a suit. Went with him to p/u the suit becaus the pants were being hemmed and ""taken in a little?! Had him try the suit on....OMG the jacket was at least 4 inches too big and the hem was lopsided one leg was longer than the other. My son said the guy told him to pull his shoe off and he would measure for the hem...only measured one leg! Assistant Manager was not very helpful...he stood there all dressed up looking like a statue with hair down to his legs and simply could not do anything about it. We were told that the salesman had only been there 3 weeks and possible may not have been that experienced. I am stuck with a suit I paid $150 or more for, they decided to take in the jacket wihich did no good and even charged me for a rush job. I am going to get in touch with the district office to see what they can do about this. In this day and age when every penny counts, a good, understanding merchant is as good as gold but this one was awful...Will write again to see how it goes with the ""district office"" the district manager and or the owner.
