It was a pleasure purchasing my Volvo from Tony at IMG. From start to finish they exceeded my expectations in terms of price, terms and customer service. They even replaced the timing belt prior to purchase because it was 8k miles from Volvo's recommended replacement, saving me hundreds of dollars. Never again!! wouldn't recommend it to anyone, Junk cars they are fixed only for the sale neglecting the bigger problems, they don't stand by their word of service, from the top notch owner to the secretary, and their overly expensive mechanic group, that will not only charge you just to look at the car that was sold to you days before but they will be rude and ignorant on the phone. more

Wouldn't go back if you held a gun to my head. 12/24/2009

I should have read the previous review before I went, because I experienced a similar problem. When we test drove the car the only real issue was the brakes. They said they replaced a brake line, but all it needed was fluid. When I took it to a repair shop to fix the brakes, they told me the whole brake system was rotten and it would cost me upwards of $800 to fix everything. But that's not all. The day I got the car, the speedomoter, odomter and everything else on the dashboard stopped working. If I want to see how fast I'm going I have to open the door while the car is in motion. Pros: Nothing Cons: I don't think there's enough space for them all. more

They sold me a piece of junk 9/10/2009

Bought a car from IMG as is. Soon the blinkers stopped working and when I went looking for the problem found that the spare tire well was filled with water, which is where the fuses and battery are for this style of car. You'd think they would have taken a look there. Since I bought the car as is I didn't expect to get it fixed for free, but when I called IMG they told me they could try to find the problem and it would cost me $100 and hour. They told me electricel problems can be tricky and it may take more tham an hour to find the problem. I thought they might cut me some slack. They clearly don't stand behind what they sell. I will not return to IMG and I will tell my friends to STAY AWAY. more
