I had a facial at the institute and I was very pleasantly surprised. Unlike the other review, I was greeted by the owner and thought she was friendly, approachable and she was complimentary of me. I really liked how the classes were taught, the layout of the course and the products used. The school is beautiful, meticulously clean and modern. Toby is the owner of the school and her style of teaching is informational, exciting and her brain is like an encyclopedia! She is well versed and very smart. This school truly is worth every penny spent on tuition. The course is balanced, thorough, supportive and fun. The facility is super-clean, organized and pretty. The clinic is open to the public by appointment which adds to the confidence and experience of the students. Friends and Family are often practice models as well. The product lines, chosen by owner and Instructor Toby Heisey, are phenomenal. Toby cares deeply about the success and general well-being of each student. She is a fount of knowledge and wisdom, both in the field of Esthetics and in a surprising number of other areas which she shares with purpose and humor.
