There are a great deal of electronic salesmen and installers, most are average at best, if you want skilled professional people look no further. Job done on time within budget, and reasonably priced! more

Great knowledge and expertise. 5/22/2011

They were professional, friendly, didn't leave until the job was done (and we thought it was a pretty big job!) The Sonos system is terrific. We love all our new HD tv's and Blue Ray players. They didn't try to sell us anything we didn't need -- and how to use everything was easily explained. more

State of the Art Equipment Installed by True Professionals 5/14/2011

Having already spent thousands of dollars to upgrade a 10 year old media system, we found that we not only were sold used equipment, but outdated equipment! I googled Destin media and found Innovative's number. Scott Allen responded within one hour and he along with his crew installed a beautiful FUNCTIONING media system. I would highly recommend them and them only. No one else called me back..... more

Honest, reliable, technically advanced, responsive, fair. What more can I say. In this day and age businesses are cutting back on service and charging to much. Innovative is proactive in working with me and others. If there are any issues they are handled quickly and to my satisfaction. I can recommend and feel comfortable that Innovative will meet or exceed anyone expectations for a fair price. also Innovative will recommend great ideas to improve the generally accepted status quo on installations. The only recommendation I would have is just a thorough testing before the tech leaves to help eliminate call backs. Thanks for the good job. Kieran May more

Exceptional customer service from initial email contact through completion of project. Technician was very skilled and could communicate with us so we could better understand the workings of our system. To their credit, they came in behind the original (professional) installer of our system (our builder's recommendation), corrected their mistakes and enhanced system capability and performance. We already plan to have them come back for upgrades in the near future. This company puts the "big box" stores, including Best Buy, and their so-called "service" to shame. Anyone who goes to the "big box" stores for product and service is uninformed. They also out performed some of our local professionals, including price competitiveness. more
