Innovative Plumbing Svc

Very rude and unprofessional. Glen the master plumber whom is the husband of Glenda Smith is very disrespectful. I called to get a free estimate for my leaking water hose and the receptionist Alicia informed me that the techs would not come out b/c they do verbal quotes over the phone for those type of services. But to my husband and I surprise they came anyway which we were under the impression that they were just looking at the leak but they knocked on the door 5-10 mins later with a bill for a $139 for replacing a washer which cost less than $5 and takes only 5 mins to fix. I never authorized for them to fix my leak and they billed me for work that they took upon themselves to complete. Horrible customer services.i called to address the situation and rude Glen totally went off on me. Collin county stay away from this plumbing company for your own good. more

I have been using Innovative for a year now. I will never use another company. They are completely thorough in their work, honest, good price and very personable. They perform the work quickly and very neatly. They are exceptional when it comes to slab leaks and repairs. Glen and his crew are the best! more

This Company rocks! I have used Innovative for over three years now and can tell you nothing but great experiences that I have had with them each and every time! I found Innovative on the internet and checked out their website, Chad's face is on the front page describing him as the Outstanding Service Plumber! It was also neat to put a face to a voice when I called their office the first time. All of the office staff are online as well, displaying each persons department. It felt comforting to know that I was talking to a real person, not just an answering service. Very friendly group in the office too! To my surprise, Chad was the Plumber who was sent out to my home the very first time I called them for service. And this group must be some really good employers as well as I have been fortunate to have had Chad Reid as my service technician every time I called Innovative with a problem! He's always so curtious and helpful in answering any questions that I have. Always taking the time to explain to me exactly what he is going to do and asking me if i am ok with the price he gives me BEFORE he starts the job. There are no unexpected expenses or surprises at the end of the job like with some other service companies i have used before. I had the opportunity to attend a community function in downtown back when I first started using their services and noticed that they had a booth set up for a potty toss game that they were working for donations to a charitable orginization. It was then I met Glenn and Linda Smith, the owners of Innovative Plumbing Services. The sweetest couple I know! Both with a heat of gold! Providing outstanding customer service and also helping our community and donating their time! I give them 5 stars! Three thumbs up! And like I stated in the beginning, they ROCK!!!
