I had significant hip pain that would flare up when walking at the end of the day. I learned that I had degeneration in my left hip and the surrounding muscles, over the years, had tightened in order to "guard" the hip. During the weeks of stretching, I have had days of no pain. In addition, I have been able to take short walks, to cross my legs, to put on shoes, and to do numerous activities without pain. My goal now is to continue with the exercises and stretches in order to return to sports activities. I appreciate all the help and lessons from Jeff Petersen and staff.
