I have been searching all over for someone who does IVM (in vitro maturation). This is an IVF procedure that doesn't use drugs to stimulate the ovaries. It is done all over the world, but is not common in the US. I wanted to do this since I tried IVF before and had horrible hyperstimulation from the drugs. I don't ever want to put all thiose drugs in my body again. I found Dr. Rose, did IVM with him and am now pregnant. (as an added benfit, it cost me about half of my prior IVF cycle!!) I am writing this because I want everyone to know about IVM. It is great! (Dr. Rose and his staff were good also.) If you have PCO, this is the only way to go. Don't do regular IVF. Find some place that offers this.
