My experience with this appliance repair service was very good. The technician got in touch with me promptly, over the phone I explained what was malfunctioning on my appliance and gave him the error code displayed on my Samsung microwave, ordered the part. The technician stayed in touch and got the repair done within a week. The appliance was working when he left. I just hope this microwave does not break again. This is the second time the computerized touchpad malfunctioned. I thought Samsung made better products… one other thing, the company that did the repair after the first malfunction, took forever to do the job, had to disassemble the entire mounted microwave from over the stove, installed the part wrong, remounted the unit, then had to unmount it again. I tell you this because the technician from Indi Appliance was able to do the job without taking our kitchen apart. He was much more knowledgeable about this particular appliance than the fellow from the other place.
