You have such a great variety of services and quality professionals to administer them. I felt so pampered during the whole experience. I especially enjoyed the Cranial melt - Something new being offered at In Touch. It felt wonderful! more

Awesome 2/20/2009

The atmosphere is very calm and relaxing. I have had several Reflexology treatments from Jean and am very pleased with her magical touch. I will continue to go and see her often. Their prices are very reasonable too. Pros: Great atmosphere, lots of parking Cons: None more

Desiree is an AMAZING Massage Therapist! 2/7/2009

My husband and I have been getting massage from Desiree for several years now. We have never felt better! She keeps us "tuned up" so we can keep going in our very busy, stressful lives, without all the pain we used to have. We are addicted to massage, and wouldn't go anywhere else! Thank you Desiree! Great and easy to find location! Beautiful garden and studio! Kind people that truly do care about how you feel! They really strive to make your visit a truly memorable and relaxing one! Rene', Desirae, Marina, and Susan are very skilled therapists! Ashley gives a great manicure and pedicure! Awesome facials from Vanetta! Biofeedback is amazing!! In Touch is a wonderful place very relaxing with music and atmosphere . The girls Rene and Susan just recently helped me become mobile again. They really care about you. I was unable to move and after two treatments I could walk more normally and tie my shoes again. They made calls to me to make sure I was doing ok. In todays world it is nice to know there are still people who are genuine and care. Linda more

I've been a regular at In Touch since 1998. The staff is consistent with their care and my husband and I believe it to be the very best in Spokane! Atmosphere is relaxing ; and it begins as soon as you step out of your car; with music and waterfalls welcoming you into the garden where we can can have tea and home baked cookies..sometimes great chocolate! Even a massage by the waterfall! Rene' has helped in healing many old and new injuries to my legs and knees. We always recommend IN TOUCH to our friends and family. Best hidden oasis 9/1/2008

The property is so tranquil and beauiful. The detox foot bath and reflexology were amazing. I will visit the spa everytime I'm in Spokane Pros: easy access, great staff, real value Cons: can't think of a thing more

I have been a client at In Touch for many years. The massages are incredible. I really can't live without them! The facility is beautiful. The gardens are relaxing and serene. The music begins to play as soon as you leave your car and accompanies you into the building and throughout the massage. I love In Touch and would recommend it to everyone! more

SAVED MY LIFE NO JOKE 7/31/2008

Jean's skills in reflexology and patient care are phenominal. After the birth of my third child , I had a severe chemical reaction to the epidural. The toxins pooled in my legs and feet, it made me horribly ill and I was unable to put weight on my feet . I had two other children and a newborn- unable to run around after them. She treated my feet with reflexology, educated me on what she was doing and how it would help. It was amazing as she massaged my feet the excess fluid and toxins started comming out of the bottom of my feet. So much that she had to lay a towel over her lap to catch the fluid and toxins That part was really gross. After the first treatment I could actually see my ankles wow I mean wow and I could walk with out so much pain. Don't get me wrong it wasn't an instant cure I needed a few more treatments to rid the fluid. Without Jean I would have been ill for who knows how long ,and how long it would have taken my body to get rid of all that fluid.In my eyes she was my life saver. Thanks again Jean for all you have done to make my life healthier. Tonya more

After multiple steroid injections for reoccurring plantar fasciaitis with limited succes, I've been symptom free nearly a year now and I truly believe it is the direct result of my reflexologist Jean R. She has been pampering my feet, as well as my mind, body and soul for over a year. She is a genuinely good person who has made a tremendous difference in my day to day existence. Susan has a wonderful touch with her massage technique and helped relieve some of the pain I experience from fibromyalgia. I will definately schedule more appointments. In Touch Massage is such a relaxing experience. From the moment you walk into the garden and hear the water feature your are in a more calm state of mind right away! The staff at In Touch are professional and very caring. I always feel so pampered after my massage. Can't believe this place! Plenty of services available. And I was able to get a package with advanced scheduling. Place is busy...the ladies are great and fun. Couldn't believe the atmosphere and gardens! Pricing is amazing. Can't wait to return!!! Pros: friendly staff, relaxing atmosphere Cons: I'd like to wrap them up and take these girls home!! more
