I saw a hair stylist and she did a great job cutting my hair and loved the color. She was unavailable next time so she scheduled me with another stylist, which also did a good job...

Poor management 10/2/2011

I saw a hair stylist and she did a great job cutting my hair and loved the color. She was unavailable next time so she scheduled me with another stylist, which also did a good job. The next time I scheduled an appointment they tried to schedule me with another stylist. ( a new gal) without informing me. I found out about the new stylist when I got the reminder email I was scheduled with somebody else. I don't like musical stylist. I don't consider this to be very professional or respectful of me as a client. I am going to another stylist. But not at the Jefferson Avandia Salon. more

Love In Touch20 SalonSpa! 9/20/2011

I like to call my visits to In Touch20 SalonSpa an "experience" instead of a haircut and color. From the friendly associates at the front desk greeting you and getting you a beverage, to my incredibly talented stylist, Kylia, to the hot towel...hand and arm massage...it just goes on and on. Thank you for providing such an excellent service for Fort Wayne! more

Always wonderful hair and service 9/13/2011

I have always enjoyed In Touch20 and In Touch Salons in general for their excellence service and professional stylists and beauticians. I had the pleasure of experiencing Heidi from the salon north and Lia from the salon south. I had wonderful experiences with both of these fabulous professionals. Not only was their work exceptional, but the experience of being there was relaxing and helpful to my soul. I also had a variety of estheticians for waxing that were equally wonderful and professional. I always leave feeling good about how I look. Thank you so much everyone. more
