improve it is a nighmare 9/11/2017

The work was shoddy, the installers got into a fist fight in the street with a passerby, the cost of the windows was way more than they were worth. the windows were left covered in fingerprints and some sort of oil used to remove resin from the factory. I had to make repeated calls to the company to get the shoddy work fixed. a gradeschool child could have done a better calking job. Refuse left in the yard. Trust me, stay away from this company. they are the worst! more

Beware of Yellow Vests 8/29/2017

The salesmen for this company ring your door bell regardless of the fact that you have a "No Soliciting" sign on your front door. They also wear yellow vests leading you to believe they're with AEP or another utility company. My parents made the mistake of letting them in. They called me and I had to go over and tell him to leave. He was going to stay until they signed a contract. Don't answer the door!!!!. more

nothing clear, or as promised 5/25/2017

I had the salesman out to give me an estimate, which was way overpriced. Talked me into a "contract" which wasn't really one. When I took the cancellation to the office the next day, the co-owner cut the cost in half to have me as a customer, so I again agreed, only to have him call me later with different numbers and an outrageous intrest rate. Something shadey going on here...they will not be getting my business more

Pushy and Pricey 3/3/2014

The sales people are extremely pushy and will stop at nothing to make a sale. The contracts do not contain sufficient information to allow you to comparison shop. If you don't know what your are signing up for, you will get taken through the cleaners. The work is overpriced compared with the industry standard. They use scab contractors. Shop around before signing a contract. They camp out at Meijer and Sam's club to try to sell you their services. more
