My daughter was seen for a really bad ear ache at Impact Urgent Care. The online check made is fast and easy, getting text messages to my phone so we didn't have to wait around. Dr. Thompson and the whole staff treat us well and the experience was good. The staff is friendly and caring and the facility is well keep with TVs in all the waiting rooms, although we won't in there long enough to really watch anything. It was a quick in and out which was great since my daughter felt so bad.
