i will Never go back again!!!! i was put in a chair for an hour and a half, had 15 teeth extracted, and no nurse! had to suction my blood and saliva myself!!!! i told the dr i was hard to numb, and had an infection in one tooth, which refused to numb at all. the dr stated he cannot and will not numb it anymore, and pulled it out, and i felt EVERYTHING!!! it was awful, so i screamed and he told me repeatedly to ""be quiet"". his exact words. he said my screams (of pain, i mind you), would not help anything. also, 2-3 weeks later, i find that i have multiple shards of teeth still inside my gums, all over my mouth, and they still havent submitted my pre-auth for dentures to my insurance. oh, and havent returned a single message. what the hell is going on in this place? im calling and writing the BBB ad the NDA, and the head office for this practice. it is unconstitutional, to treat a person like lab rat!
