Accommodating 12/23/2011

They were very gentle and makes cleaning comfortable and relaxed for the patient - No pain at all!!! Furthermore, great job accommodating me even though i was 20 minutes late for my appointment. more

Very commercial, stay away 12/19/2011

They have a very commercial attitude and ask you to do more dental work than necessary, I took a second opinion and the dentist confirmed the overwork. Also their staff is very rude (the receptionist is fine but the 3 billing agents are HORRIBLE) this is the first office I have seen where they want you to pay upfront, other offices bill you and ask you pay within 30 days. I decided to stop after my first visit when I got 1 filling done. Also, during the filling the assistant was cleaning a side while waiting for the doctor and nicked a front tooth since she did not take out the drill carefully. What SLOPPINESS! The doctor made some cover-up remarks and talked friendly to convince me that no harm was done, but how can he deny that the gun did hit my front tooth and chipped it slightly. They then pointed me to the signed disclaimer that during such procedures accidents can happen. WHAT A SCAM!! Will never come here again. Please stay away and find yourself an honest dentist. more

This is my dentist. I love my dentist. I was actually directed to Image Care by co-workers and I fell in love from my first whitening. Now, I will say, I have never had a cavity (knock on wood) and therefore have never really had any MAJOR dental work done. I had braces on my top teeth for about a year and that was it. I don't visit the dentist other than my every 6 month routine cleanings. Having said all that... the staff and doctors at IC are fantastic! They do a very thorough job. The front office staff are always friendly and are very helpful and accommodating when it comes to getting follow-up work done (my husband is a dental liability). They were able to work out a time line for us to get some crown work done for him that fit our budget. They called us out of the blue to offer the suggestion without any prompting from our end! I was very impressed. more

The best white 10/17/2011

I love these people. They have never pushed products or services that were not needed. Appts have always been made in under a week. The DDSs have made sure I knew what was going on and what I had to do to make my pearly whites the best. I feel good that I can completely trust this group. more
