Being a huge fan of andrew weissman, I had little doubts of the deliciousness of his newest restaurant. Having closed Le Reve, I, and many other San Antonians still need our fix of his prime cuisine. This new, far more casual restaurant has all the quality (and truffle oil, and speck, and fanciness) in an environment where jeans and suits both seem appropriate. Located at the former Pearl Brewery, on the newly expanded San Antonio River, I hope the location will draw newbies. The Antipasti bar is not to be missed. My favorite dish would have to be the Asparagus salad....topped with a truffled egg. Prosecco please!!!!!
