I feel the work that was done was done in a very professional manner and completed in an short time. I feel that the cost of the repair was a little high however everything we do today is high in cost to people like me who are on a fixed income. Would I return in the future for repair work yes I would because of the service. more

F350 2006 diesel 3/17/2017

First off thanks to the staff and mechanics at Ikes. Great Service from the top to the bottom. My truck has been a nightmare since I bought it new.. Ive been having all sorts of issues with the gears shifting by them selves even when stopped.. Tried everything under the sun trying to avoid the bigger issue but I could not depend on my farm truck to pull anything without going into limp mode... I had them install a Jasper Transmission and took my truck on a trip to Eastern Oregon and it ran like new. They had the tranny in and ready in no time... Oil change!! 3/16/2017

I came in for an oil change and told Ike of a few other problems. One biggie was a chatter in the steering wheel when I turned. When I left about an hour later there was no more chatter and the steering was much better than when I arrived, all for the price of an oil change! more

Courteous friendly service 8/29/2016

We were traveling from Michigan to Alaska to California. ORiellys auto parts services use well in st Joseph. We knew they could direct us to the help we needed. Battery wasn't charging. The guy at Oriellys called Ike's and they could get us in right away and back on the road. We were only 2 hours from learning we were having a problem to Ike's auto shop getting is back on the road. They offered to drive us to Burger place so we could eat lunch while we waited. The ladies washroom is decorated beautifully. The people at Ike's were very polite and concerned that we have an easy fix. Great shop. So thankful they have a good reputation so Oriellys would recommend them more

Excellent Customer Service and Repair Work 8/29/2016

We found Ike's since we were staying at Great Wolf Lodge. They diagnosed our vehicle quickly and were able to repair what Midas had failed to fix. I would highly recommend Ike's Auto Repair. more

Great service 8/25/2016

I had a comp oil and filter change. Fast and done right. My car is old. It need some work done. No pressure, but suggestions are offered with a free diagnostic. Will be back. more

This was our first experience at Ike's based on local word-of-mouth recommendations, and we were very pleased. Although our vehicle needed a great deal of work, he was very understanding and helpful with us on prioritizing which items to address first based on our budget, as well as educating us on additional things to keep an eye on and plan for in the future. Their diagnostic inspection was thorough and well-documented, and charges were very reasonable. more

I come to Ike's regularly, and the guys are always cheery, friendly, and get the job done. Plus, they have a wall of "look what we found in the engine" oddities that is well worth perusing. more
