Tech was OK, but seemed to be training in selling a new unit that was completely not necessary. We got a second opinion (and a third opinion) that confirmed we did NOT need a new A/C unit and that some of the information given to us was FALSE. He was trying to sell us the last unit from a trade show at a very special price that included a trip to the Bahamas! How strange. The super $29.95 price for a service call seems to be a lost leader to get you to guy a new unit.
