I decided to upgrade my wife's diamond in her wedding ring to a larger size diamond after it was damaged. I managed to stumble across Sam and his company by a stroke of luck. I called Sam and talked to him and got some prices. Just on a loose stone he was over $400 dollars cheaper than the closest competitor and that was with him setting the stone. I was able to buy a much larger stone than I thought I would be able to afford initially, but my wife did not. We drove up there on her birthday, and met Sam and his charming wife. Sam is also a really good stand up comic. He will have you rolling in the floor in no time.They wasted no time in treating us like we were high rollers, even though I am a paramedic and on a very tight budget. They went out of their way to accomodate us and treated us like kings and queens. When Sam brought out the diamond that I was going to buy my wife, the look on her face was priceless. She was dumbfounded!!!!! She never figured we could afford that . We agreed on the price, and he took it off to have it set in the ring. The wait was about an hour to maybe an hour and a half. We went out to lunch while we were waiting. He called us and told us it was ready. When we got back, we could not beleive it. He had not only polished it, but refunded me $20 off the price, and told me that it had not cost as much as he thought it would to have it set in the ring. Sam and his wife go the extra mile in taking care of a customer, and I would heartily recommend this company to anyone who is interested in a diamond. I cannot say how pleasant my encounter was with this merchant.
