Ichi Ban Japanese

The absolute worse service I've encountered. My boyfriend, son and I sat at a teppan table, we were ignored for a good 15-20 minutes until my boyfriend had to ask the manager to please have someone get us something to drink. Once we had our drinks, it took another 20 minutes to order our food. By that time, another family sat at our table. My son & boyfriend ordered a meal from the tepan menu, I had sushi. Everyone on that table got their meal and I still didn't get my sushi. I asked the server to please bring it and she brought someone else's order, I had to wait another 20 minutes for my sushi. The family on our table were so upset for us as well. more

Ichi Ban is great place to eat. It has Tappan-yaki -style dining or you can just order off of the regular menu that also has seperate seating for smaller parties and Bar w/T.V's. Great authenic sushi. Served and cooked right in front of you. It's a good portion too. Friendly, Funny and sometimes Fun chefs that entertain you as you eat and put on a nice show.(Not all the chefs are as fun, but sometimes you get lucky!) Great to take your kids. You are able to choose from a menu where you can choose from Steak and lobster, to chicken and shrimp. They even have Filet Mignon entree. Includes soup and asian salad. It's soo good!! If you like sushi you can have that instead. Menu has a lot of choices. Good for large parties or celebrations. The restraunt seated 12 of us in one table. Chef made it so fun! Besides the Bar is a good atmosphere because the Bar is in a seperate place not facing the restraunt so it's more private and you don't have to listen to the chefs or the people talking. Friday and Sat night of course are busy. Sushi is expensive but worth it. It goes fast too...HMMMMMMM!! Service can be a slow at times, but it can get crowded and your waiter is all over the place. I didn't really mind though because it was a good experience. Fast seating, Good Food! Good enviroment, experience. Been there 10times or more always recommend to anyone! Go Here!!
