Visited the Eden Prairie location on 3/17 and the waiter spilled an entire glass of water on the table, directly on my smart phone; severely damaging it in the process.
I talked with the manager multiple times, and IHOP refuses to replaced it or cooperate with the insurance company so that my phone can be replaced. Escalating this to the corporate level has resulted in a single phone call and a single email where I am told that nothing will be done to help me.
All subsequent communication or responses have been silent for weeks despite my persistent pleas for them to take responsibility for their actions and make this right.
IHOP doesn't care. It's not their problem, despite the fact that they caused it. Especially shocking since businesses live or die in the way they treat their customers.
Will continue writing and calling them until this is resolved.
