Spent about 7 hours at the dealership making the deal. They use the old type sales process, Very unpleasant experience. I should never have bought my Santa Fe at this dealership. I allowed me and my wife to be manipulated. They have not honored the commitments that we agreed to when I purchased this used 2013 Santa Fe. I have purchased many vehicles in my lifetime and I must say this has been the worse dealership that I ever dealt with. Never again!!!!!!! more

Very easy to deal with. Just one recommendation: a vending machine w/snacks in the waiting area. Was directed to go to the parts building for the vending machine but employee in parts dept. did not feel customers should be sent there as the vending machine is mainly for the employees. more

a gas tank/cap problem 1/22/2014

it took 4 trips in to the dealership but they got it right. not a normal occurrence, i am sure, so not that easy to deal with. on the last trip in, they tried to add gas to the tank. after 10 minutes, and only $7 in, they went to work on fixing the problem. after they resolved the problem, they added another $12 worth of gas to make sure it was working right. (no charge to me for the gas), and everything seems to be working fine. hard to believe in this day and age, but brian and will REALLY CARE…... more
