it took 45 minutes to get checked in- they only had 1 person trained in on checking people in so the rest of the staff as well as the customers had to wait for this one person to ...

The people and the service 1/22/2014

Had a really good experience with Josh, they set me up for all my call backs and then finished with a wash. Even took me home while the van was getting serviced. more

Non-aggressive sales and great techs 1/1/2014

As a woman it is scarey as we know some places treat us as stupid and overcharge. Not Hyundai, they respect the customer and give wonderful service. Thank you and I tell all I know who admire my wonderful Santa Fe! more

Get to work 12/16/2013

Oil change took longer then was told. Car was not washed as was stated on slip. Tried to sell me a tire rotation which I was told was included when I bought my new car. Service advisor couldn't even tell me what type of oil was in the car from the factory he just recommended the higher priced oil. more

We had a fabulous experience at the KIA of St. Cloud when we purchased our Sedona. The customer service was exceptionally helpful along with all the members of the KIA team. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming as we had our entire family including our dog. The service department was super in getting our new vehicle in a timely manner. The services offered here at KIA of St. Cloud are very reasonable. We for sure will recommend KIA of St. Cloud to whoever we can for purchasing a new vehicle. It was exceptional! more

I was treated very well, and I would highly recommend this dealership to all my friends and family. The salesman Jacob was very knowledgeable and helpful. The Director of Finance was also very helpful and understood my needs. It was a very fast and pleasant experience. I was in and out in about 2 hours. more

Derik Boxell was excellent in providing all the information we needed to make a sound decision on the KIA Sportage EX that we purchased. He was very knowledgeable about all the features and options that were available along with financing choices. Not high pressure in any way - very willing to give us the time we needed to be comfortable with our decision. I would highly recommend him if you go to KIA of St. Cloud to look at a vehicle. more
