When I took my vehicle to get some work completed, I noticed the service people would come by and let the clients be aware of how much longer it's going to take before their vehicles are ready. I thought that was really great, so we all knew how long we had to wait. Great job overall to everyone at the Hyundai Napleton location! more

I would just like to say after going to numerous hyundai dealerships for service, i was luck enough to finally find west palm beach hyundai, where they actually took the time to listen to me and fixed my problem in a very short time while i had coffee. Very Honest and nice guys there. more

I used to drive a Hyundai Excel in college--hated it, but I remember the car held up pretty well considering I bought it when it was already eight or nine years old. When I was looking to buy a new car, I decided to give Hyundai another try because of the long warranty, plus I was hoping to get a cheap car. I test drove one of the cars (can't remember which one right now) and afterwards I told the sales guy that the price was not in my budget (what happened to the cheap cars?!) and I was going to keep looking. A few days later a got a follow up call and told the guy the same thing. A few weeks later I got ANOTHER call--this time I didn't need a car anymore because my mom bought a new car and gave me her old one. I politely told the sales guy (or at least I think so) that I didn't need a car anymore and to take me off his call list, at which time he copped an attitude and ended the conversation by hanging up on me. more
