I used to drive a Hyundai Excel in college--hated it, but I remember the car held up pretty well considering I bought it when it was already eight or nine years old. When I was looking to buy a new car, I decided to give Hyundai another try because of the long warranty, plus I was hoping to get a cheap car.
I test drove one of the cars (can't remember which one right now) and afterwards I told the sales guy that the price was not in my budget (what happened to the cheap cars?!) and I was going to keep looking. A few days later a got a follow up call and told the guy the same thing. A few weeks later I got ANOTHER call--this time I didn't need a car anymore because my mom bought a new car and gave me her old one. I politely told the sales guy (or at least I think so) that I didn't need a car anymore and to take me off his call list, at which time he copped an attitude and ended the conversation by hanging up on me.
