I had the unfortunate experience to return an expensive item. They were down right rude to me. Then they charged me a hidden restocking fee, even after I purchased some additional items. When I returned to confront them with the percieved error, the manager (Scotty Lamkin) was again rude, confrontational, snide, and then tried to make excuses as to why he had hidden the restocking fee. Amazing that a small business like this, competing with the big box stores, would treat its customers with such disregard.
