Be careful with these guys! We took them two identical Samsung 40"" monitors for repair. One wouldnot turn on and one had a broken LCD screen. They said the broken screen was beyond repair and they could dispose of it, and they said nothing was wrong with the other one. We picked up the ""good"" one. When it came time to hook it up, we realized they had given us back the one with the broken LCD screen. We called them and they said that they gave us the right one and that we must have broken it after picking it up. Funny thing is, the break was in the exact same spot and the same connector was on the back of it that we had previously put on the bad one. They basically just got themselves a free 40"" LCD monitor to resell or take home. Stay away from these crooks!!!
