Dr George Jung had been my parents' doctor for over 10 years. In the last few years, his ability to provide care to my mother has deteriorated. He has succumb to asking ME details re her care, prescriptions, past visits, and procedures-either because he is too busy to review her info or he just doesn't remember. He has even tried to send my mom to get a secondary mammo when HE wasn't aware (or his staff didn't inform him) that my mom's results came in electronically! I refused to take her to get a secondary mammo due to his or his office's incompetence, which was when upon further inquiry, he discovered that my mom's results were submitted to his office electronically. My mother is in very good health, but in the last 2-3 years, he makes my mother and I come in just to be briskly told about her lab results, which are almost always fine.
