Be very careful when dealing with this dealer. They employ what I refer to as deceptive sales tactics. Their additional dealer add on items, like window etching ($400), are not added as an addendum to the window sticker and it is like a shell game when they present them to the customer. It is the classic "used car salesmen tactics" of the past. Researching feedback I found a post in my name showing a 5 star rating that I did not make. I guess the dealer does them in the customer's name. I imagine the dealer will reply to this post about how they appreciate my business and somehow I just misunderstood the process. I have forwarded my documentation and experience to the NC State Attorney General for their interpretation of my experience. Buyer Beware!!!!
