they were realy nice to me and my husband we were approved to a home the next day i think it is under new management but the name stayed the same. and i agree army people are not easy to work with but keep in mind that once your out of fort hood your rank does not mean anything cause let me tell you some o3 and w1 think that deserve everything. but hey all i could say is that i have not had any problems with them and i have been a tenant with them for 3 years now more

Didn't exactly rent from them but reviewing from the experience of a walk in. This place is a bit hard to find since it's tiny. We looked up 3 houses from them and although they were all decent. most had holes on the wall and some were just eh. Going back to return the keys we've asked if the holes were going to get fixed prior to moving in and the lady in the front desk straight out said no. mind you this isn't just a dent that is easily ignored. Its a HUGE hole in the wall So I'm wondering where do the security deposits go? more

I have rented from Hunter Rentals twice in the past five years and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a house. Hunters always responded quickly to any repair needs my wafe and I had and the property inspections are very thorough. We had no problem getting out deposit back the first time we rented from them. more
