Best Roofing Company Ever... I was getting a home appraisal this week and Anthony came out last Friday to give me a maintenance quote.. Earliest window they had was 2 weeks away but they were able to make adjustments and accommodate as early as Monday.. TJ and his employees arrived promptly at 8AM this morning and did a thorough job on replacing shingles and doing all the patchwork needed as part of maintenance. Anthony and TJ were very friendly, professional and cleaned up after the job. I would highly recommend Hudson Roofing and will surely use them when I am ready to replace my roof. 5 Stars all the way.... more

\r Having to replace a roof for the first time, I didn't know what to expect. I contacted several roofing companies, but I felt that Hudson Roofing is the most genuine. When I first called and spoke with Anthony, he explained to me how the company is different from many other roofing companies. And this is important to me, because I did not want to just hire a company because they offered the cheapest quote. Then, Anthony and TJ (his son) came to the house, inspected the roof, and was very helpful explaining to me the different options. He also suggested to install ventilation for the attic. 2 days later, he came back with a very detailed quote that included pictures. For all this reason, I chose to work with Hudson Roofing.\r \r At the end, the installation went very successful and the roof looks great now. Biggest mistake I made. Wasted my money!!! I called Tony because I had a leak. He came quoted me a much higher price than another company but he sounded confident and said he would do extra so i went with him but my gut told me to ask to pay in installements and pay final price when the job was finished; that was the only smart thing I did because he came and apparently sealed the leaking areas but would come back to install the vents. When he didn't come back the date he promised, I called him and he said I should have called him earlier because he's a busy man. I insisted that he come the next day. He came the next day and I showed him that there were still leaks and asked when he would come install the vents- he told me he was sick and would come the next day with his son. he NEVER came back- this is two months later. I noticed the other day, he left a bucket on my roof. I won't call him back. I lost $400 but glad I didn't give him the entire $800 he wanted !!! My roof is still leaking and now I have to save an get a professional to do the job. Don't waste your time with Tony. HE IS ""too busy"" for custmers and won't come back to finish the job. I should have read this BEFORE I called him. more

I hate hearing lies so the first is that you have not been in business for 45 years after all you are only 60 years old. Second of all you were emplyoed by another roofing company in Bayonne for many years as an estimator before being fired then you had no choice but to be a one man show running hudson roofing out of your trailer. As far as bad reviews on bbb, i cant see how there isnt any after all you burned a womans house down on 3rd street and avenue C check with the bayonne Building Department. Maybe your son is running the company how and hopefully will do better than you. If you are hiring a roofing company go to their place of business every repitial company should have one. So anthony tell it how it is not with lies and i hope the people you screwed over get their money back. more

I hired HUDSON Roofing To replace my roof HORRIBLE MISTAKE! These guys quoted me a price on a replacement roof what I got was a roof over an old roof everything they said they were going to do they didnt.I noticed the roof seperating from the building two days after they finished. The owner kept calling saying he was going to take care of it.THEN called and said you know what lets just call it even and didnt finish the work.Now something that I thought was taken care of is now an issue again! I dont usually write about companys but I felt the need to WARN everyone!STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!! more
