Hubert Chua, PT, has been practicing physical therapy since 2003 and joined the Weil Foot & Ankle Institute in May 2023.
Hubert received his Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy from the University of the East in the Philippines. After moving to the U.S., he began practicing at the University of Maryland Rehabilitation and Orthopaedic Institute in Baltimore, Maryland.
