Pleasantly surprised. 4/13/2007

I went to Hub Optix not knowing what to expect, but found myself pleasantly surprised by the level of customer service I received. Not only did they have the most fashionable frames in town, they truly cared. Thank You Hub Optix! Pros: Outstanding customer service and wonderful selection of fashionable eyewear. Cons: None more

Don't go there 7/30/2006

This is the worst optical store I have ever been to. There were mistakes all along the way. Employees turned over at an alarming rate and they did not stand behind their product or return policy. Pros: beautiful eyewear Cons: terrible customer service more

not very concerned if costomers are happy 5/14/2006

My husband bought me a very nice pair of sunglasses at hub optix in lake oswego and after wearing them for a week I decided to exchange them because the stem hurt my ears. I was told that the policy was to accept returns after 5 days only, no exceptions!! This was only 7 days after they were purchased. I really like the store and selection but will not purchase anything else there because after they get their money they really don't care if your happy with the product. That is very poor customer service. I'ts really a shame. I will most certainly tell everyone I know, DON'T SHOP THERE!!!! The best 3/15/2005

Wife purchased a pair of Chrome Heart sunglasses that we could only find in Las Vegas....very cool and very expensive! She is worth it though! Maybe it was the wine and the helpful staff but we had an absolute great time again! Keep it up Hub! Pros: Two Thumbs way up! Valet Parking! more
