I feel like they take care of my vehicle how they would take care of their own and never try to up sell things I don't need. Always right on with their estimate or even lower.

My experience with Howard Street Auto Care goes back more than 25 years and the work has always been done properly the first time. I have never had work performed that was unnecessary and the prices have always been reasonable. For these reasons, my vehicles will continue to be serviced by Howard Street Auto. My thanks to Jim and his staff once again for a job(s) well done. more

Jim is friendly and very professional. Everything that was completed during the service appoinment was throughly discussed with my husband and I. Each item was listed on the printout sheet we recieved. We were please with everything, including the fee. Thank You, Bonnie Mendenhall more

I got a break on my brake problem 8/9/2011

Friday afternoon, heading into a holiday weekend, and my truck brake line ruptures. No brakes-none. Got a tow (via AAA and Howard handled that too) and a couple of hour later, I got my truck back. With working brakes! more
